Q . I can not find the name of my hotel on your booking form , what i should do ?
A . You can choose the name of city or town where the hotel is located .
If you still can not find your destination's name then you can use the
" other transfer " tab on our booking form .
 
Q . I have not received a confirmation email yet ,  what should i do ?
A . Confirmation emails take up to 12 hours to be delivered . If still you have not
received it after that time period please check your spam folder . If you still have
not received the confirmation email please contact us
 
Q . I dont have a credit card . Can i still book with your company ?
A . Yes you can . You can either pay cash to the driver when you arrive
to your destination or pay with PayPal .
 
Q . Your discount apply's for both way transfer ?
A . No . The discount will apply only for your return transfer .
 
Q . Can i cancel my transfer ?
A . Yes , in accordance with our terms and conditions .
 
Q . How many luggage can i carry ?
A . A four (4) seater car can take 4 bags or small suitcases . Mini van double amount.
 
Q .Can i take my pet with me ?
A . Yes you can as long as you use a box .
 
Q . My flight arrives earlier than expected , should i call the driver when i arrive ?
A . No . All flights are checked frequently by our drivers so they are always on time .
 
Q . My flight is delayed , will i be extra charged?
A . No there are no extra charges for flight delayes.
 
Q . Where and how will i meet my driver when i arrive?
A . Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with the name
you have provide us.
 
Q . My flight leaves at 10.00 . What time should i arrange my pick up for my return ?
A . Depends from where we are picking you up . You need to be at the airport at least 2 hours earlier for your check in.
